The EIB - EXACT MECHANICS SHOOTING SYSTEM
Coaches will learn and perform every sequence of Excellence in basketball’s Exact Mechanics Shooting System. Thus, a shooting system the entire school’s program will use from the lower grades to high school graduation. ALL done in the coach’s gym.
This Excellence in Basketball shooting system puts all the onus on the player as everyone will have the same opportunity to become a shooter. IT IS UP TO THEM! It also removes the need for players to go outside your program for help, where you don’t know what is being taught and saves parents time and money.
The system was built by what we learned about the structure of the body in our study of Human Anatomy and how the muscle & skeletal system is built to function and moves in our study of kinesiology. We applied this scientific knowledge in developing a quick and smooth shooting process.
This knowledge was tested on 1,000’s of individual students over a 35 plus year period. We discovered 100% success when the system is used. It starts with a daily routine, which MUST BE FOLLOWED. It encompasses the very first warmup shot to and including game shots & then game shots against pressure.
